Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to courses, events and company programmes provided by Public Sector Sales Academy ("PSSA", "we", "us"). Please read them before enrolling or submitting an enquiry. 1. About us PSSA is a professional training academy delivering courses on selling to the public sector. Our courses are delivered online through our learning platform, CohortCore, in scheduled facilitated sessions, and as programmes arranged with individual organisations. 2. The information published on the course pages of this website is the definitive description of what a course covers. Answers generated by the question box on our course pages are a guide only and do not form part of any contract. We may update or withdraw published information at any time before a course is confirmed. 3. Enrolment Enrolment is confirmed when we accept your application in writing and, where a fee applies, when payment has been received. Some courses have entry requirements; we may ask for evidence of relevant experience or prior completion, and we may decline an application that does not meet them. 4. Fees and payment Fees are stated on the relevant course page in Nigerian Naira unless we state otherwise, and are payable before a course begins unless we have agreed different terms in writing. Fees do not include travel, accommodation or any taxes that apply to you. Fees for company programmes are set out in the written proposal for that programme. 5. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs you incur. - Substitutions. You may transfer your place to a colleague at no charge, provided they meet the entry requirements and we are told before the course starts. 6. Company programmes Company programmes are scoped in a written proposal covering content, dates, participant numbers, fees and any minimum engagement value. Changes to an agreed scope, dates or participant numbers may change the fee, and we will confirm this in writing before proceeding. Each party will keep the other's commercial information confidential. 7. Your conduct We expect participants to take part respectfully and professionally, to complete their own assessments, and not to record, copy or redistribute sessions or materials without our written permission. We may remove a participant who behaves abusively, disrupts a session or breaches these terms, without refund. 8. Completion and certification Where a course includes assessment, completion is confirmed only when the assessment requirements have been met. Our certificates of completion record attendance and assessment; they are not a professional licence or qualification awarded by a regulator. 9.
